I’d researched the bike I wanted and looked through the Bike2Work scheme suppliers and contacted a couple of shops. The first added a £150 to the price to cover their commission. I contacted Ecobike, very quickly online chat, the price you see is the price you pay 👍. Very helpful staff assisted me at every stage, explaining the scheme and organizing delivery to suit me. Small issue with the bike - resolved in less than a working day. Totally recommend this company. Very satisfyed. Great staff, Thank you Sam.

I highly recommend Ecobike for an excellent online retailer with great customer service. They helped me with my many queries and were really prompt with advice. The bike itself is exactly what I needed and despite build instructions that left a bit to be desired by Ampere Ecobike were quick to help me.

I am so pleased with my bike, I have a blue one and I love rhe colour. The bike gives a good effortless, comfortable ride. Still getting to grips with all the functions, looking forward to future rides.

Only had the Ampere Deluxe a week or so and it’s been used every day. I have Pulmonary Fibrosis so the pedal assist is fantastic. The bike handles really well, stops on a sixpence and has a really comfortable riding position (I’m over 6ft). Being able to change the 5 assist levels to suit your needs is great. Lights and indicators make you feel safe that other road users have seen you. Battery lasts for miles. So far, very pleased

The bike has been fantastic easy to ride very comfortable the gears and brakes work very smoothly the power assist has been great with a very good range the digital display is very clear the front and back lights are brilliant the colour is very nice and vibrant I'm please that it has mudguards bike stand and rear rack and love the sweeping handlebars it's a brilliant bike.

I’m quite old, and unfit, and I can manage this bike fine. It’s robust and strong but not too heavy to move it about. I did have to get help to construct it from the box - that is screw on pedals and handlebars etc. I’m up and running now and v pleased.

I ordered my new Ampere bike and it arrived just in time for me to take it on holiday to Norfolk with my husband and our caravan . Well I have tested it by riding 200 + miles on Norfolk's lovely lanes . Some were sandy and gritty and the bike never flinched . It ripped up hills in "Norm"and I was never truly fatigued even on 30 mile rides . I am 79 and fairly petite with RA so I'm not very strong and so the bike's lightness and responsiveness was just what I wanted . It is so powerful ! I left my husband way behind. Only slight niggle was the kickstand kept coming loose but we will sort it .

I love my empere bike, it's so easy to mount with the step through, easy to ride, no more struggling up hills, i love how i can choose when i need to use the assist or not, it has a good range battery and made up of parts you can trust making cycling enjoyable once again

Build quality, components and clever easy to use tech make this so easy to get along with. The ride is excellent and the ebike power up even the steepest hills excels. Very happy rider :-)

Purchased an Ampere deluxe pro as an upgrade from my previous bike. The Eco Bike Company really are excellent, fast responses, able to deal with questions quickly and make the whole process incredibly easy. Not the first purchase from them and won't be the last!

I carried out a lot of research before settling on my ampere. I’m so pleased with it, its quality is excellent and it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m 60 years old and thought my biking days were over after giving up my diamond back 15 years ago but this lovely step through e-bike has given me back my love of cycling.

Bike arrived well packaged. Was easy to assemble following the instructions. I decided to go for the bigger battery to cut down on charging frequency and to get further on my rides. So far so good.
