I wish I had bought one years ago. I cycle 10 miles to work and back each day so this has cut my journey in half and has saved my legs.
It’s very easy to use and nice to ride.

I haven’t ridden it yet however have sat on it. It’s as described fits me perfectly as I am only 5ft tall. Lovely colour and looking bike. Customer service is very good answered all my queries and kept me informed from start to finish in the process of purchase. I would definitely recommend this website .

Bought my ADO Air Ultra from Ecobike company and was a smooth process with fast delivery. Awesome service.

Having previously owned a Batribike since 2018 I was assured that the purchase of a new Nova S Batribike would be a good choice.
My new bike arrived much quicker than expected and was easy to assemble requiring the pedals to be fitted, the front wheel and handlebars to be realigned and the battery to be fitted and locked in place.
The ride is as smooth and efficient as on my previous Alpha Batribike. The controls are easy to operate although I did have to research how to switch on the lights ( hold down the up button on the control for a couple of seconds)
So far I’m enjoying my new bike.
It is of note that the battery for this bike is the same as the one on my previous Alpha bike and it lasted 6 years with regular use across the summer months, it is however expensive to replace.
I would definitely recommend buying a Nova S Batribike although I am sure all the Batribikes are of a high standard.

I purchased this bike because it has a smaller frame and I am 5ft tall. It's the perfect size. Very impressed so far with everything about it. It's do easy to ride and the assist levels are perfect. I couldn't be happier

Great so far everything I expected from an E bike

We purchased 2 x tailwind encore with 720w batteries and tyre upgrade, a little wait for type approval but the weather has been shocking so no problem, my old bike was a cheap secondhand fold up electric chinese special, its like going from a cheap car to a luxury model. even the modified dog carrier is fitted on one. very pleased.

My wife and I each bought an Ampere e‑bike from Eco‑bikes and couldn’t have asked for better service. We had plenty of questions while trying to find the right bikes for us, and every one of them was answered quickly and clearly. The Ampere bikes are fantastic and suit our needs perfectly. It is a solid feeling lock and long enough to go through your bike and whatever you're locking it to. It comes with 2 keys, so you have a spare in case you lose one, as well as both a kind of strap and some screws to give you options for how to attach the case to your bike. I was surprised how small it is when it is folded so it doesn't get in my way at all and is easy to store.

I went from not riding a bike in years to cycling to the different towns around me and learning the best routes to ride to work after just over a week of having the bike.
The motor is excellent - I can get up hills easily even without it on the highest assistance level. It is quiet and the buttons are right next to the handle so they are accessible while riding without having to look. Having indicators helps make me feel safer knowing that people can see when I'm going to turn even after I have to stop signalling with my arm and the horn is loud enough that I have no doubt a car would take notice.
The bike looks fantastic - the stone blue colour is beautiful. It almost seems a shame to ride it and make it dirty, but I enjoy it too much not to.

I looked at all the reviews and decided upon ecobike and bought the E-Go Low step folding bike.
Right from my first enquiry to delivery of the bike, Sam was absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and totally approachable.
The bike itself exceeded all my expectations. It’s a good looking bike, so I suggest you get the super heavy duty lock from ecobike. It’s quite easy to fold/ unfold. I live on a first floor flat and it’s not horrendous to cart upstairs.
I bought the ‘big bum’ seat for a very good reason 😀 and it’s brilliant. I rode for 13 miles and didn’t feel the pain I usually do.
Overall, you’re in goods hands with ecobike - and the bike is fantastic, absolutely love it.

Lovely to ride, very comfortable bike. Easy to change level of assistance and whilst I have only done a few miles at a time the battery has hardly used any charge. Only slightly difficult bit was putting the bike together. The instructions weren’t easy to follow and the tiny pictures were difficult to place on the bike. I had to ask a bike loving neighbour for help.

What can i say, its powerful its easy to assemble, and its so comfortable to ride and i had a few questions and ampere where there straight away to answer them so glad Jarrad recommended this bike
